The VANJIV name, logo, and tagline “Every Step Gives Life” are trademarks of VANJIV. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial reference to VANJIV in media, social media, or press is permitted provided that attribution is clear and content is not defamatory.

Submitting a partnership inquiry through our contact form does not create any binding agreement, commitment, or obligation on either party. A partnership is only established when both parties have signed a written agreement.

VANJIV reserves the right to accept or decline any partnership inquiry at its sole discretion.

Tree counts, CO₂ sequestration estimates, and survival rates displayed on the Site represent our best current data from active planting sites. They are provided for informational purposes and may be updated as new data becomes available. They do not constitute a guarantee of environmental outcomes.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, partner organisations, etc.). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them.

The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANJIV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VANJIV and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
